How do I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting the items you wish to purchase and adding them to your cart. Once you are finished shopping, proceed to the checkout process to confirm your details and payment.

We aim to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible!

Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 PM PST are generally shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will typically ship the next business day.

While we minimize delays, occasional processing delays may occur. 

For security and simplicity, we currently only accept payments via Interac E-Transfer.
To avoid any delays in processing your order, you must include your Order Number in the notes or memo section of your E-Transfer. This is essential for us to match your payment to your order immediately.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping (usually the same day if placed before 12 PM PST), we are unable to make any changes or cancelations.
Where do you deliver orders to?

We currently deliver orders to all provinces and territories across Canada. We are proud to serve our customers from coast to coast!

No, at this time we only ship within Canada. We do not ship internationally.
We ship all orders using trusted, secure, and reliable delivery providers such as Canada Post and Purolator. The specific carrier used for your order may vary based on delivery circumstances, but we ensure all packages are handled with care and discretion.

We prioritize speedy delivery by shipping orders using Canada Post XpressPost or Purolator Express.

Delivery generally takes anywhere between 1–3 business days, depending on your location within Canada.

Please note: Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier, and we are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.

Our flat rate shipping fee is $15 for orders with a subtotal under $150 (including after any discounts).

If your subtotal (after any discounts applied) is over $150, then shipping is free!

  • Redemption Rate: You can redeem 100 points for $1.00 off your next order.
